Capt. Kolade Adewale Akinola

Capt. Kolade Adewale Akinola is an experienced aviation professional with over 15 years in flight operations, airline leadership, and aircraft command. He has served as Director of Operations and Chief Pilot at Glory Airline Services Limited since January 2017, overseeing flight operations and pilot management.

He previously captained the CL 604 at Dornier Aviation Nigeria AIEP (2016 –2017) and Jedair, Abuja (2015 – 2016), and held Chief Pilot roles at Comrade Air (2014 – 2015) and Dominion Air (2012 –2014). Earlier, he flew B737 Classic and NG aircraft with ARIK Air (2006 –2012), following earlier First Officer roles on MD -80/DC -9 with Sosoliso Airline (2004 –2006) and B1900D with Overland Airways (2002 –2004).

Mr. Akinola holds FAA and NCAA ATPLs with type ratings on B737, CL 604, MD -80, DC -9, and B1900D, alongside Class 1 Medical certification and ICAO English proficiency.
